INTEGRATED PRODUCT TEAM (IPT) LEAD

You will serve as a INTEGRATED PRODUCT TEAM (IPT) LEAD in the MRO Planned Maintenance Intervals (PMI) (ST37) of FLEET READINESS CENTER WESTERN PACIFIC. ***ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Please see Additional Information section below.***


  • You will support effective and efficient flight line readiness through a globally managed, responsive, and integrated sustainment system.
  • You will serve as the IPT lead and Contracting Officer Representative for H-60, C-130, and MV-22 aircraft undergoing Depot Level Maintenance under the oversight of Fleet Readiness Center Western Pacific (FRCWP).
  • You will coordinate with international and multi-faceted team to complete scheduled and un-scheduled maintenance concurrent with Planned Maintenance Intervals (PMI).
  • You will meet weekly with customers and contractors to coordinate efforts, resolve issues, and mitigate conflict that jeopardizes the on-time delivery of their respective aircraft.
  • You will serve as FRCWP primary technical point of contact for H-60, C-130, and MV-22 preventive maintenance contract services. You will work with all pertinent entities to develop solicitation strategy for the preventive maintenance contract.
  • You will advise senior leadership in regards to program matters addressing program status, resources and impediments.

Requirements

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing program management direction for the maintenance of depot level aircrafts and associated systems and components.
