SUPERVISORY GENERAL SUPPLY SPECIALIST T32
THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a SUPERVISORY GENERAL SUPPLY SPECIALIST T32, PDD1903000 and is part of the AZ USPFO, National Guard.
This position is located with the United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) in Phoenix, Arizona. The primary purpose of this position is to direct the development, coordination, and implementation of procedural changes; to direct the performance of management/program analysis for the logistic activities under the jurisdiction of the USPFO; and to direct acquisition, accountability, incoming, outgoing and formal transfer of logistic asset for the USPFO in support of the Federal and state mission. Position is responsible for the management, direction, and supervision of employees. THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.
Requirements
Military Grades: Enlisted: SFC/E-7 to SGM/CSM/E-9 Warrant Officer Candidate: WOC [SSG/E6 to SGM/CSM/E9] Warrant Officer: WO1/W-1 to CW4/W-4 Officer Candidate: OCS [SSG/E6 to SGM/CSM/E9] Officer: 2LT/O-1 to CPT/O-3 Compatible Military Assignments: Must possess Enlisted: 92 or 88 Series Warrant Officer Candidate: 09W [and 92 or 88 Series] Warrant Officer: 920A or 920B Officer Candidate: 09S [and 92 or 88 Series] Officer: 90A, 91A, 92A or 88A SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must possess at least 1-year specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade. Supervising and/or managing supply personnel and a variety of supply functions. Knowledge on the entire inventory management supply system. Experience coordinating with other organizations on complex and controversial supply issues. Experience providing advice and guidance on supply regulations to upper levels of management regarding supply functions. Experience analyzing, developing, evaluating to improve supply programs, policies, procedures, techniques, etc. Experience which includes leading, directing, and assigning work of personnel.
