Drywall Finisher (GI Bill approved)
Prepare unfinished interior drywall panels for painting by taping and finishing joints and imperfections. Drywall consists of a thin layer of gypsum between two layers of heavy paper; it is used on walls and ceilings in most buildings today because it is faster to apply than plaster and gives a professional finish when completed.
We are seeking individuals interested in drywall finishing and looking for a great career within the union. No experience is needed to become an apprentice. Experienced drywall finishers may join as a journeyperson after showing their experience. Offering $17 to $31 per hour depending on skill set and location.
